THE GARDEN SUITE
The Garden Suite is our top accommodation, this spacious suite has 3ft 6ins twin beds or use as a 7ft. double bed. En-suite bathroom with separate shower. Patio doors open out onto a secluded private garden area. Has interior access to the public rooms, but also there is a separate entrance at back of house. This can be useful for dog owners.

The small print
- Rates include tax (VAT). There is no service charge on room and breakfast charges. An optional 12.5% service charge will be added to ALL food and drink charges.*
- Child in room: up to 12: £50, up to 5: £30 / £15 cot per night.
- Doggie stay: £15 per night.
- Check in from: 4.00pm., check out by: 11.00am. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to change the room you booked.
All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card. A deposit of £50 per person is required as guarantee against the booking. Please be advised that this payment is generally non-refundable but transferable. However, if you personally are under imposed Covid restrictions, we will be happy to refund deposits paid.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the accommodation rate if we judge the notice and nature of cancellation is unreasonable. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and Tyddyn Llan.
* The dinner element of 'Dinner, B&B', which is £105, is subject to an optional 12.5% service charge of £13.12 per person, per night. Likewise, a £26.25 optional charge will be added to the walking break (dinners are valued at £210 per person).
